[RBW] Re: WTB: Drop Bar/Stem/brake/shifter set up
I have something kicking around, but I don't know that you want it. Came off a GMC Denali bike that I converted to flat bar set up. Shifters are SRAM MRX something or another 7 speed. Otherwise, I have a Profile bar with Shimano brake levers mounted. Let me know if interested. Thanks, Reginald Alexis On Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 12:25:06 PM UTC-6 Damien wrote: > Hi all! [RBW] Re: The Official Introduction of RoadeoRosa
Bill, That bikes looks nice!! I personally prefer canits over calipers for brakes. My "Road Bike" is my 1987 Schwinn Voyageur touring bike. I do have some actual road bikes with caliper brakes, but prefer cantis. The pink color really looks good. Didn't realize the Rene Herse brakes were that finicky. I thought they employed a wedge washer or something to set the toe in. On an unrelated note, really enjoy seeing some of your machining and other projects.
