All good. I'll look at it later and send measurements over of my setup. I'm 
6'2", and was recommended a 60cm Joe. I went with the 58 because I wanted 
to use it with drop bars and have been thrilled with it.

I rode there last week, from Badwater Basin to the peak of White Mountain. 
Cached water along the way at a few different spots. Temperature range was 
28-99 degrees.

Scotty’s Castle is closed due to crazy flooding, unfortunately. However, I 
loved the route we took to get to White. We didn’t see any cars between mile 40

[RBW] Re: Thoughts on tubeless?

I converted the stock rims on my Appaloosa with two layers of Stan's tape, 
Stan's valves and a little sealant. I'm using Specialized Fast Trak tubeless 
tires (it's been fabulous), and have a similar setup as another poster with 
Pacenti SL23 rims and Compass Barlow Pass setup tubeless - I've been running 
that setup for over a year with zero flats. 

Don't ever be afraid to give it a try...tubes are the worst when you ride in 
thorny areas.

They are Specialized Fast Trak 29x2.0s set up tubeless on the stock rims. 
Just some I had laying around but they are going to be fun. I like to 
visualize my ideal touring bike as something that can get from the grocery 
store/farmer's market to some mildly techy singletrack all in the same 
day...achievement unlocked?
