[RBW] Re: Clem completes at Crust
Silly question -- where is Crust located? I cannot find it on their site. (I have a cousin who wants a Clem and would share the link with him IF I knew where it was shipping from...) I am sure it is there in black and white but just NOT FOR ME... Thanks ef in Vancouver but my cousin is in SSM ON On Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 11:16:30 AM UTC-7 eric...@gmail.com wrote: > Hi all — Crust has a handful of complete Clems in blue and green if anyone > is looking > > > https://crustbikes.com/products/rivendell-clem-l-factory-complete?variant=39883032395866 > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group. [RBW] Re: New Craigslist/others thread
https://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/3233485/ Friday Harbor, Washington, United States $3600 USD Rivendell 61CM A. Homer Hilsen, with premium parts. I bought this frame some years ago (5 or 10?) on Ebay, I don't recall if it was sold as new, but the frame looks flawless to me. Sorry, I don't know when or where it was built, perhaps someone in the know could tell from the serial number maybe? I measure the seat tube at 61CM ctr-top, 59CM ctr-ctr. Top tube 59CM ctr-ctr. Standover height 86.5CM. Headtube 185MM. I built it up several years ago with top end components, and it's been in heated storage since (except for a short test ride). It came with the Ultegra headset, everything other part is new (except the seatpost, and the Crank Brothers pedals, speaking of which I will replace with some flat pedals if you don't want them). [RBW] Re: Bridgestone motorcycle
I could be thinking of another Japanese bike of the same era, but I think it was the B/S 350 that had a rotary shift pattern -- that is, the usual up or down to go up/ down or down/up a gear except that in top gear, continuing to upshift took you all the way around to 1st gear. Never rode one to know for sure, but if this was the case it was bad design I reckon . . .
