I have the same. Although in the 26 in 56cm version. I rode mine with a 26 x 
2.3 and find the plump tires create a perfect balance of speed and comfort.

I’ve seen a cable hanger with a pinch bolt used as clamp. The just put your 
quill in the steerer. So the system remains threadless but you can use a quill 
stem.

Made a few changes. Still needing fenders. Rode this bike 180 miles in two 
days. It was a dream. So effortless. My first Giles Berthoud saddle and i 
must say im sold. 2nd ride unbroken in 100 miles no problem. and it looks 
amazing.

Sim works makes a tire called the “homage” in 700c options. but as far as I 
know Michelin nor any other company makes a 26 inch tire in this color anymore.
