Re: [RBW] Re: Rivish bike shop in New Haven CT?

To Mike from S. Boston who's soon to be somewhere in the greater Hartford
area:

email me off-list and I can give you ideas for rides in the Bloomfield area
and parts further on. Just read a short article about the start-up in
Bloomfield. Looking forward to opening night. (Are you the same Mike who
rides the BMW?)

There's about to be one more! I just took a job at a new start up
microbrewery in Bloomfield so my Allrounder and I are about to head down to
 the Nutmeg state.

I've explored lots of the greater Boston area on her and look forward to
aimless wanderings along the back roads of CT!

Cheers- Mike from S. Boston Mass, soon to be somewhere in the greater
 Hartford area...

Well yeah, at a $175 it'd better be good!!!

How about something at a price point for the other 95% of us?

[RBW] Re: New/Old Long Low in SF

2011-07-16 Thread malarz
I'm remembering (correctly, I hope) that in 1999 when I received my LL
(ordered early in the year) Grant offered the option of canti's or
sidepulls. I'll look at the original correspndence to verify.

Grant categorized the customs back then as Road Standard, Long Low and

The Road Standard and Long Low usually had no canti mounts and the All
 Rounder did.
