Some, possibly all, of those may be more available in Europe than in the 
US.  I've ordered from UK sites with no difficulty at all.

I realize this is a strange thing to be asking (particularly here, since 
most are riding wider tires), and normally I'd be looking for the widest 
possible tire to fit on a bike myself, but I'm curious if anyone has seen 
and/or used a 650b tire that is 30mm or narrower? I've seen a couple of 
options in a 32mm, but am specifically hunting for something narrower than 
that. Though it's unlikely to exist, I thought perhaps someone may have run 
across a tire of this sort.
