Clem got an updated dynamo wheelset, so selling previous wheels. I built these up a while ago, can't remember exactly when, and they've been on a few of my bike at different points. They handled wider tires just fine and work well on my Clem with 29x2.35 tires, though worked best with 2.1" and under.
Alex DM18 Rims - previous version, these have single eyelets, look like a wider Sun CR18 Rear Hub - Shimano Deore silver 7-speed era, 135mm, fits Hyperglide and Uniglide cassettes, can be converted to an 8/9/10 speed cassette, no skewer Front Hub - unbranded Formula high flange cartridge bearing hub, bolt-on though axle is hollow - I've shortened another hub's axle and used it with a qr skewer just fine 36 spokes per wheel - rear spokes are double-butted for sure, I think front are as well, will confirm While I've built well over 50 wheels in my lifetime, I'm for sure an amateur wheelbuilder, with no aspirations of being an expert. That being said, these wheels worked just fine, and I've never had issues with wheels I've built for my own bikes. $80 for both wheels.
