This is the cutest little frame I've ever seen… it was billed to me as NOS and still appears to never have been built-out. It's supposedly French, possibly Gitane? Seems meant for a nominal/obscure 22" wheel size, but my plan was to fit 20" BMX wheels to it -- which it has good clearances for. Lugged, kickstand plate, chainguard mounts, fender and generator bosses, pump peg -- it's almost as if Alex Singer and Betty Foy had a child, ha!
