Re: [RBW] Heine Heron, Petersen Heron, and other Heron models?

Hugh, your Heron is a beauty.

Question: Is your pump attached to the seat stay or simply held in by
tension?

Thank you so much,
Richard

The "Heron" name pops up from time to time here and it sounds like
there were even more types of Herons made, so it gets confusing which bike
model is actually being talked about.

Also, it sounds like Heron is a bike company in itself and may have
 their own designed models.

Any info would be educational, thanks.

Thanks Max. No hurry at all, it's pretty academic at this point, but the
bars do look nice.

Road Heron was the first bike I got from Rivendell, 1990-something. The bike
lives on as a 650b. Lotta good miles on this one:

[RBW] Heine Heron, Petersen Heron, and other Heron models?

2016-11-05 Thread lum gim fong

The "Heron" name pops up from time to time here and it sounds like there
were even more types of Herons made, so it gets confusing which bike model
is actually being talked about.

Also, it sounds like Heron is a bike company in itself and may have their
own designed models.

Any info would be educational, thanks.
