The Tubus Tara is a great rack for occasional front low pannier use. They mount 
to an eyelet behind the fork end, and to a mid fork eyelet. Most Rivs lack the 
proper lower-mid-fork eyelet, but the Tubus LM-1 adapters work fine.

The Tara rack and Nitto Mark's rack can work well together or separately.

[RBW] Low riders on the Saluki

Hey folks-
Which low-riders would you recommend for mounting Ortlieb panniers up from on a 
Saluki? I would probably not keep them on all time and would have a basket up 
top. I already own and have mounted a Marks Rack but am not averse to buying 
something that supersedes it's use.
