[RBW] Re: [GoneRiding] For Sale: 57.5cm 1993 Bridgestone RB-1/7

2013-01-06 Thread Crazy4Suki
Hi Pam,

I have a 52 Betty and a 77 pbh. I also have a 91 red RB-1 that is 51 cm. I
think that was the smallest one they made then. I think this 57/58 will be too
big for you. If you can find the moolah, I think the 47 cm Toyo AHH on the Riv
clearance will fit you.

Karen

2013-01-03 Thread pam
That's one pretty bike. I wish it fit me. I have a 47 Betty so I think
it's too big. PBH is 73, saddle height s/b about 63 but I still think it's
too big. I don't know how these things work. I just asked Riv what size
and the Betty is perfect. Let me know if you think I may be able to ride
it.

[RBW] Re: [GoneRiding] For Sale: 57.5cm 1993 Bridgestone RB-1/7

2013-01-02 Thread William
It's got the stock tires on it! That's pretty amazing20 years later.

I've got a 1992, 56cm RB1, similarly unridden and stock. Like Jim G I've
concluded in my older age I prefer a larger bike. I hope he gets his
price, suggesting I might be able to get close to that when I sell. Mine
doesn't have the bi-plane fork, but the 1992 had a couple special things
going for it.
