[RBW] Re: Dia-compe centerpulls and Mark's rack?
Here is a photo of my Homer with Dia-Compe centerpulls: https://www.flickr.com/photos/73873271@N03/8353757455/in/set-72157632454982868 David Charlotte, NC On Thursday, March 27, 2014 10:59:44 AM UTC-4, Rick wrote: Thinking of putting the Bleriot's dedicated mark's rack on the saluki. These are the same Weinmann CPs the DiaCompes copied. (Also have Paul moons because it only takes 2 hands to tighten). http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v728/bulldog1935/Raleigh/aP4070003.jpg The brake bridge works great - goes right through the middle of the straddle cable and plenty of clearance all around. Re: [RBW] Re: Dia-compe centerpulls and Mark's rack?
Here's a reasonably good photo of a similar setup on my Blériot, with Dia Compes and a Velo Orange rear rack supported by a single strut. Plenty of clearance for everything to work correctly. http://www.flickr.com/photos/campyonlyguy/12179511956/ --Eric N www.CampyOnly.com CampyOnlyGuy.blogspot.com Twitter: @CampyOnlyGuy On Mar 27, 2014, at 9:20 AM, Ron Mc bulldog...@gmail.com wrote: These are the same Weinmann CPs the DiaCompes copied.
