I've seen that bike in person and Sean's price is about half of what's 
fair.  If this was my size it would have been over with a long time ago. 
 If there's somebody out there that wants the frameset only, let me know 
offlist what you want to pay for it.  If I like it, I'll buy the bike from 
Sean, absorb the parts and ship you the frame + fork + headset. In his 
years at Riv, Sean has been especially kind to me and my family, so I'd be 
glad to do him a favor.

I agree, those tires look pretty 35ish, but maybe just a chunky 32 mirage.
