Ted, maybe I missed it in your post, but where did you get the S couplers 
added?

I'd love to do that to a bicycle of mine, just don't know where is good to

Just to put a bookend on this thread, I'm the lucky owner of this beautiful 
bike. Ted delivered on everything, as expected. Quick shipment and the 
condition was described well. This will be my (for now) 
commuter/grocery-getter and (future, hopefully) light tourer. Mounted up a 
tubus nova rack to the front for my gaudy camo panniers. I will confess, 
I'm pleasantly surprised at the ride quality--it's a great bike that just 
happens to pack down nicely for travel. If work travel ever returns to 
normal, I'll be spending an extra day in some select locations and taking 
this along with me. Ted, thanks for the great process. Cheers!
