Bill is correct and I'm only selling because I'm a v-braker now. And they're
SOLD.

They're regular levers. I can't remember the model name/number and don't see it
stamped on them.

Nobody jumped at that price so let's try $20 shipped.

[RBW] Re: FS: Tektro blade levers, short pull

2020-07-10 Thread Bill Lindsay
That set of brakelevers is the best brake lever set you can possibly run on
albatross bars or other similar uprights, provided your bike does not have
V-Brakes**. The reason they are the best is that the clamp takes up the
least space. All other brakelevers are ridiculously overbuilt and take up
way too much valuable space. The only people that 'SHOULD' be selling
these or shout NOT be buying these are people who:

never ride upright bars
never use non-v-brakes
never plan to do another bike build in the future

If you ever run upright bars, with normal brakes, and someday may do
another build, then you should have a set or two of these on hand.

Bill Lindsay
El Cerrito, CA

**virtually any brake lever is 'good enough' for that application. The
best competition with these as 'very best' are made by Paul Component
engineering, which are blingier. Pauls also have the best adjusting barrel
of all time, while these have no adjusting barrel at all.
