I think 44cm noodles is right at the minimum of what I'd consider running a
fanny on. On my 42 noodles, the bag fits with space, but I definitely
notice it's there, and there is some rub on my fingers if I wrap them
around the ramps. Also, the side pockets are very finicky with 42s,
couldn't say how they'd do on 44s but they're almost worthless with 42s.

Out of curiosity, how narrow was too narrow for the Fanny? I know from 
experience the Fab’s Abs works with a Nitto Noodle 44cm, but perhaps this 
bag is too much for such a bar?
