Okay I've been meaning to add to this thread :-) Here's a favorite regarding the Nord-Lock washer...page 32 hand written note, Just because we recommend a Nord-Lock washer does not mean we think they require it. They don't. But Nord-Locks are always good. It's possible that we'll sell them on our site, but this is the *kind* of thing that causes insanity. Speaking of itzy-bitzies: I managed to unintentionally take apart one of my silver shifters when installing it.
