That's a sexy idea. Or headbadges as the "paisleys." Or both.

All of the Riv headbadges in a spiral?

2019-01-02 Thread Justin, Oakland
There’s also some natural ways to create 4 quadrants on A bandana. Maybe a
quadrant for bikes, wool/clothes, ephemera and lastly staff drawings.

[RBW] Re: FotR: A Time for Gathering

2019-01-02 Thread 'Deacon Patrick' via RBW Owners Bunch
Philip wondered: “What would be on a semi-intricate 25 year bandanna design?”

A bicycle paisly, of course, shaped as a 25. As 2 and 5 are mirror images of
each other, 25 appearing in 4 quadrants? Or rotated 45˚ in each quarter?

With abandon,
Patrick

[RBW] Re: FotR: A Time for Gathering

2019-01-02 Thread Philip Williamson
I like the *25* as a 'macro' design. The paisleys could be little drawings
of every single bike model Riv ever made? Hatchets? Soap? Grundens hats? :^)
Maybe they've already done that.

I like that RIV has roman numerals in the name, too:
RIV

Pattern design is not my thing (anti my thing), but if it was a pattern of
pictures of THINGS, it might work.

That would be really fun.
I'm very happy to collaborate on the idea/design/production, too.

I think a bandanna would be very good. What would be on a semi-intricate 25
year bandanna design?
