I only did a very, very short ride around the neighborhood on them yesterday because of my injury, but I think I got them dialed in pretty well. When I got it home and compared it to the XT I already had sitting there, they were nearly identical. I popped on the 113 BB and shimmed up the XT. Damn thing shifts beautifully, of course. You were right! I still want to find a more elegant-looking derailer, but this is functionally perfect.
