I would certainly like to see footage of your Bombadil bombing it!

Haha, trust me Brendon, the Bombadil gets ridden silly with or without your
influence :) I set a top Strava time down a steep, rocky double track in
the valley north of me on my last ride on it, making questionable
decisions. Would be less sketchy without fenders! Agree on a dropper -
the Bombadil's 27.2 will technically allow it but until there's an
all-silver option it doesn't fit with the look. I have a "real" mountain
bike too (Esker Japhy) which better suits our mtb trails, which tend to be
steep and technical.

No Jason! I don't want to be the reason you crash that beautiful bicycle!
I've already 'written off' the Silver Joe so I'm mentally relaxed about
being silly on it. I actually came off that morning after the Gopro had
gone flat because the B-67 stops you getting your weight far enough back in
emergencies. I would love a 26.8 dropper post!

That's some intense riding for a Joe Appa! I'm inspired to take the
fenders and maybe racks off the Bombadil, and see how quick I can go down
some trails now..

Thanks Eric! The local trail networks have received a lot of funding and
work over the last few years. Mountain Bike Parks have received the
majority of funding but the trail networks linking them have also benefited.
It has been a great time to be a Riv rider!
