  RBW has in the past used non rounded numbers for sizes.  The Nifty Swifty 
/Maxy Fasty Tires are labeled as "32.8" /"33.4mm or so".  My '95 Road (pre- 
road standard) is 54.5.

Looks like the AR is sold as it has disappeared.

To continue our sizing discussion here is my 56 Rambouillet. As you can see 
even with the same size frame and upslope, the shorter fork on the Atlantis 
makes the head tube much longer.

I think it's the skinny tires creating the illusion that those are 700c 
wheels, which makes the frameset look huge.  Or maybe the skinny tires 
create the illusion because we are used to seeing the 56 Atlantis with 
fatter tires.  The overall proportions are very similar to a 56cm Atlantis, 
a bike I've spent hours drooling over.   

Here is a photo of a 56cm Atlantis with Compass 44mm tires and it also 
looks larger than it's size.

combination of extended head tube and 26" wheels contributes to the
