Bummer -- I hope they'll replace them.  They're too expensive not to work 
flawlessly.

I have only had time to ride for about 8 -10 miles on mine.  I didn't 
notice any play.  I'm interested though, and will follow your experience 
here.  Hopefully not a design issue.

I know your LBS took them apart and checked everything.  To clarify, have *you 
*played around with tightening the bolts yourself and still cannot get the 
play out?
