The Ortlieb one is the best, but it's too small.

Of course I ignored the request about being on *top* of a rack, as the 
side by side deal would to me be more stable. Otherwise no company makes 
anything as robust as genuine milk crates... attaching it solidly I can't 
help you there. It' just better be as solid as that crate !

Pletscher makes baskets with an adapter that will click in and out of their 
racks, including the Clem rack I believe
