I have a PBH of 86.5 (measured by Grant) and ride a 54 San Marcos. It's a 
really good fit. So, I would go with the 57...if it were me.

My PBH is 89 cm, and I ride a 59 San Marcos with plenty of seatpost. 
According to the geometry chart, there is only .1" between the two sizes. 
The 59 has 2 top tubes where the 57 will only have 1, if that matters to 
you. The 57 is designed for 650b, and 59 is 700c.
