[RBW] Re: Susie Has a Question - Bottom Bracket Spindle Length

2020-08-19 Thread Joe Bernard
Keep in mind this is a 73mm shell. A 115 or 118 is probably the ticket.

[RBW] Re: Susie Has a Question - Bottom Bracket Spindle Length

2020-08-19 Thread Dave Johnston
For the Sugino XD2 I've used 110mm on an Atlantis and 107 on a 130mm rear
spaced roadbike. 110 or 113 on a Mtn Bike. I believe the Rivendell Silver
has the same requirements.

2020-08-19 Thread David Lipsky
Yes, I’ve looked at that online, think I first saw it on eBAY.
Printed it out.
I’ll pull the American Classic, put the 127 back in for reference and back
calculate the offsets.
A few places have the 113.

Thanks much!

2020-08-19 Thread Garth

David, I always consult this chart when tinkering with Shimano/Tange
cartridges as the offsets can vary from size to size quite a bit. From what
you say I myself would be inclined to go with the 113, given that your 40t
middle ring has the same or more clearance than your 26t.
