Post is actually Rich's! I am bit taller than him so showing around 2-3cm 
more seatpost. But I am using a similar bar set up, nitto albatross on a 
12cm technomic stem.

Good thinking, Joe. The saddle height seems reasonable and the bike doesn't 
look too small. It would be fair to suggest that a 56cm would work too 
though. Maybe try it with Noodles instead of upright bars?

Other options would be try an Albastache or drops or a longer stem (can’t tell 
what you have on there, if you could go longer).
