I just had two wool jerseys repaired at HB Alterations in downtown SF.

Olgas Atelie is in Pleasant HIll, no website but if you look her up on Yelp 
you'll see overwhelming positive reviews. She does contract work for a many 
dry cleaners who say they do repair work. I have not taken wool jerseys to 
her, but my wife has taken cashmere sweaters to her and the results really 
are impressive. 91 Gregory Lane, Pleasant Hill, 925.825.2327
