I have the older (2010? 2011?) orange Sam. The differences I know of is that that older one is: - 56 instead of 55 - canti rather than sidepull brakes - the new forks have separate mounting holes for rack and fenders (nice) whereas mine only has one - the orange is slightly pearlescent and more yellow-based whereas the new one I would describe as a slightly creamier orange There may have been some changes in the tubing thickness or material spec in later versions but I don't if that's the case or not. The initial Sams had a longer 59cm tt but mine has the revised, 57.5cm tt. I think the new ones are the same.
