I have a good friend who looks at the Atlantis bikes longingly fairly often and makes do with lesser bikes but the Atlantis is his dream bike for his type of riding.
Shoot, it's one of my dream bikes too but out of my price range. I am asking on his behalf if someone has a frame and fork only they are considering selling in a 60 or 61cm (C-T measurement) A 63cm would be too tall. (not sure what sizes they came in in this size range) If it has a headset and BB that would be fine. Fine if not as well. He has a bike's worth of great parts and wheels he likes to build up such a frame/fork.
