Jeremy as I am roughly doing a similar search, it looks like SOMA fab shop 
offers a Nitto UI-12 quill stem( in stock)  in 60mm length in 72* or 90*.   Im 
thinking the 90* has a rise of 18*.   Can’t figure that out.-Mike

Jeremy,   I’m in the same boat,  looking for an exact stem.  I’d prefer the 
Crust or Riv that you referenced.   Analog also offers their ‘fingerling’ stem 
that is similar to what your after but a bit more expensive. -Mike

I'm in need of a short (50-60mm) extension, tall 1" quill stem for 31.8mm 
bars with a two or four bolt removable faceplate. Currently running a 90mm 
Velo Orange but want something shorter. Something like the Nitto x Crust UI 
Quill stem 
 or
