[RBW] Stuff for sale

2015-11-07 Thread Anton Tutter
I've got a few things to clean out of my bike parts stash.

   - *Brooks Titanium Team Pro,* used once. $170 + 8 shipping. I bought
this new as an indulgence because the fit of old classic Pros has worked
well for me, but I found the new one to just not work with my anatomy. It
has exactly 55 dry miles ridden on it. Comes with the original display card
   and tensioning wrench.
   - *Exustar E-PR101 clipless road pedals*, 3-hole. $23 + $5 shipping.
Bought these about five years ago along with 2-hole Shimano pedals when
going clipless. Rode these less than 200 miles, and quickly ended up
settling into the 2-hole SPD mtb shoe camp.
   - *Lake road shoes, men's 46 wide*. Not sure of model. $35 + $8
shipping. 3-hole, with BOA lacing system. Less than 200 miles of use, in
   really nice shape.
   - *Velo Orange 1" headset bell mount*. $5 + $3 shipping.
   - *Shimano Deore XT RD-M771 SGS (long cage) 9-speed rear derailleur*.
NOS in box with manual. $50 + 5 shipping.

Free shipping CONUS on any three items.

[RBW] stuff for sale!

2012-06-17 Thread Brent Hughes
Hello!

I'm getting ready to relocate and need to sell some things from my
parts box. Prices don't include shipping. I can email some pictures if
you'd like!

Here's what I have for sale:

Nitto Mark's Rack ($75, OBO): Comes with all the mounting hardware.
Only alteration is the front diving board plate was pounded flat to
better fit on my cantilevered bike. Riv sells replacement front diving
plates for $12.

Silver shifters with cables ($70, OBO): New and unused, got them for a
bike project that isn't going to happen for a while. Still in their
plastic bag (that now has some grease on it by virtue of sitting next
to my grease tube.

Carradice Nelson Longflap Saddlebag ($90, OBO): Excellent condition,
no tears or rips, replaced the leather straps that attach to the
brooks saddle. Used intermittently for commuting and camping, so the
bag has only very minor signs of wear. Asking $90 + shipping, or best
offer.

Velo Orange Stems ($20 each, OBO): 90mm +/- 17 degrees and 120mm +/- 6 degrees.

Newbaum Orange Tape (3 rolls) and Newbaum Grey Tape (2 rolls)

Just finished a couple of projects including a Trek 650b conversion that I
am pretty excited about and I've decided it time to sell some things that
aren't being used.

Ostrich Handlebar bag. Newer version with clear map case on top and
shoulder strap. Nice condition. Drilled for VO decaleur. Too big for my
uses. $100.00

Rivendell Brand V boxy bar bag. Newer boxier version. D-rings on top. In
nice shape with some minor wear $50.00

Velo Orange Moderniste bottle cages (2) One is new in bag and the other was
used for 1 ride $10.00 each

Surly rear brake cable hanger. New. $6.00

some marks from use. $75.00

UNO seatpost from Velo Orange Nice, with some insertiomn marks.Only
inserted never ridded 26.6 $15.00

CLB 26.8 aero seatpost with good set back. Wallbike used to sell these. I
think they were $90.00 This one has seen some use, but has plenty of life
left $40.00

TEKTRO R 100 road levers. In good shape, barely used $20.00

TEKTRO R 200 road levers. In good shape, barely used $20.00

wonderfully

$50.00

Shimano Deore XT front hub NIB 32h for disc brake I think. Anyway, I have 2
of these $20.00 each

Phil Wood front hub NIce 36 hole PHil Wood hub. This has been built, but
not by me $35.00

Campagnolo low flange track hubs. Really pretty low flange track hubs,

flange hubs. Usually about $400.00 a set on ebay. I am thinking $250.00

Bagman support for Carradice bag. Purchased from Peter White. Nice shape
$30.00

Campagnolo medium toe clips with the box. Nice shape and cool box $30.00

[RBW] Stuff For Sale Update

2010-03-20 Thread Ted Durant
Thanks to all those who've inquired about my for-sale posting. Photos
of the two frames are now available at:

http://gallery.me.com/teddurant#100031

To reiterate, the Bridgestone XO-1 is a 1992 42cm (C-T), 26 wheel,
standard reach sidepull frame, with original fork, headset, and bottom
bracket. The bike belonged to my 5'2 wife, who took the seat height
close to the max of the seatpost and never could get the mustache bars
high enough. She now rides a Glorius with Albatross bars ... problem
solved. Both our daughters rode it for a bit, but they're now 5'4 and
it's definitely too small for them.

The Shogun is a mid-80's model-unknown 43cm (C-T) 700C wheel, standard
reach sidepull frame, Tange Prestige tubing, full Dura Ace 7400 group,
36H hubs with Torelli Master rims. I bought it 2nd hand, mostly for
the wheels it had at the time (Superbe hubs, Araya titanium rims, kid
you not), but also hoping one of my daughters would want to do some
fast riding. Alas, that never came around.

As you can see in the photos, they are both in excellent condition.
The XO-1 has a few decal and paint nicks here there. The Shogun is
almost perfect, as it's hardly ever been ridden (though the wheels
have a few miles on another bike).

I would prefer to sell the Dura Ace parts as a group, but if they
don't move that way, I'll entertain offers by part.

I don't have any prices in mind. I'm not looking to make a killing,
just hoping somebody will want to ride these, so just make an honest
offer you think is reasonable.

[RBW] Stuff for sale

2010-03-14 Thread RonaTD
Time for some spring cleaning. I'll take some pictures, if needed. Any
reasonable offer will be accepted ... they've been gathering dust for
a while, and I'm not looking to make a killing on somebody's
nostalgia. That said, some of it could be viewed as collectible.

Tiny Frames:
Bridgestone XO-1 Purple 42cm c-t (with headset, bottom bracket, and
seatpost.)
Fine condition, not used a lot.

Shogun - 43cm c-t - Tange Prestige, metallic grey/metallic yellow
combo. Pristine example of 1980's Japanese frame building.
This is built with a Shimano Dura Ace 7400 6-speed SIS group,
described below. Could sell whole bike or separately.

Parts:

The aforementioned Dura Ace 7400 6-speed SIS group, barely used,
including
Cranks - 165mm 52/39
Bottom Bracket
Derailleurs (rear short cage, front clamp 28.6 (of course))
Down tube shifters
Brake calipers
Headset
Seatpost
Pedals (yup, the ones with the built-in toe clips and special cleats,
but I don't have the special cleats)
Hubs - 36h laced to Torelli clincher rims, with Panaracer tires on
them
Freewheel - fairly small, I'd guess 13-21.
Chain
Only thing misisng - brake levers, as this tiny bike has AGC compact
levers, instead.

I have more, of course, but still trying to decide what to do with
them. For example:
Phil hubs (130/freewheel) 32h laced to Ambrosio tubular rims with
Campionato del Mondo tires mounted. From the early days of RBW.
Having sold my Heron Touring to a pal, I find myself without a
frame that can fit these fatties. If somebody really wants these
wheels, make an offer. I'm contemplating finding another frame just so
I can use these and another set with some Jack Brown tires.

Campagnolo Record hubs, 126mm, 36h, laced by Joe Young to some bling
Campagnolo polished tubular rims that are pretty light.

And, as always, lots of Willow chainrings and a big box full of NOS
SunTour Cyclone brake calipers
