I recall that the business relationship between Riv and Waterford apparently 
broke down because so many of Riv's frame orders had deviations from the stock

Waterford did early Rivs  like the Road Standard and came back in the
picture a few years ago. Rams, Roms, and Salukis along with Quickbeam many
Atlanti were from Japan in betweeen, including the orange model in in the
OP's link.

An occasional Waterford is always possible in a run of Rivbikes. I wouldn't 
doubt the seller's information without contacting him first.

Saluki/Hilsen and Atlantis were built by Toyo.
