Re: [Rdkit-discuss] Support for newer conda versions

2017-12-11 Thread Greg Landrum
Dear all,

I still haven't managed to get a build to work on the Mac using the new
conda version, so I just uploaded Mac binaries for the 2017.09.2 release
for conda 4.3.25. Hopefully this is better than nothing.

I'll continue to try and get a build working with the new version of conda.

In the meanwhile, I submitted the updates in the COPR repository,
CentOS 7 and Fedora 26/27 64 bit.

[Rdkit-discuss] Support for newer conda versions

2017-12-03 Thread Greg Landrum
Dear all,

I'm starting the uploads of the conda builds of the 2017.09.2 RDKit
release. These builds have been done using the "new" conda version (4.3.30)
and numpy v1.12.

The linux builds are available now, Windows builds will be there later this
morning. I'm having some problems getting the Mac build to work, but I hope
to have this straightened out at some point today or tomorrow.

I will also try to get linux builds of the postgresql cartridge done
sometime in the next few days.

For people who are interested in such things: I've done the linux builds
under CentOS6 using docker. The Dockerfile, which is really only useful for
doing conda builds, is here:
https://github.com/rdkit/rdkit_containers/blob/master/docker/centos6_condabuild/Dockerfile

Best,
