Re: [RE-wrenches] Sundanzer questions
Wrenches: We've sold perhaps 10 of the Sundanzer fridges freezers, with no complaints other than one customer with a broken handle (which he said was poorly designed). I've got several customers with them. I recently changed one from a 12V to 24V system. I called and got right through to a tech. (Turns out you don't need to change the light bulb - they use a 24V one for all 12/24V models.) Re: [RE-wrenches] Sundanzer questions
We have sold dozens and dozens of these units. There was some issues about 5 years ago getting good response from the company, but that was resolved and no longer an issue. We have had a few failures in the field 1 DOA. Worked with a local appliance tech to diagnose and get them spare parts and sundanzer took care of the bill. So very pleased with that. I also had a customer recently mentioning the negative Amazon reviews. Seems to me almost every product out there there will be a few people not happy. From an energy efficiency standpoint these are excellent units. I've also got a couple running at my off-grid home and flawless operation.
