Boxes: UI freeze break request

2015-02-26 Thread Zeeshan Ali (Khattak)
Hi,

Not sure this is really a UI break (at least its a tiny new feature)
but I thought I ask before pushing:

https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=693391

Everything on that bug should be self-explanatory but if not, please do ask.

BTW, no string breaks so not including i18n list.

Actually, 2.40.7 is fine. My buggy commit happened after that. I'll
make a release anyway, since there is a fuzz-testing fix and a few
optimizations now.

Hi Matthias,

On l10n.gnome.org, gettext 0.18.3 is installed, so it should work.

possible changes in gtk translations

2015-02-26 Thread Matthias Clasen
Hi i18n team,

I am itching to merge this branch in gtk:

https://git.gnome.org/browse/gtk+/log/?h=wip/matthiasc/gettext

It removes the extract-string hack that we currently use to pull
strings out of .ui files, and instead just relies on the glade support
in new enough gettext versions.

glade support in gettext appeared in

Version 0.18.3 - July 2013

I can easily add a check in configure that will error out if xgettext
doesn't know how to deal with ui files.

But I'm not sure if this will pose a problem e..g on the damn lies
server. Will it ?

Oops. Thanks for pointing them out; I was diving into the Cairo sources
to debug fixed-point overflow and didn't notice these on time.

I'll make a release today; chpe already bisected the bug.

That's also fine for me.

@docs, keyboard-layouts.page doesn't have a screenshot of that panel,
could gain a remark about reordering layouts but is stil fine as is.

to reorder input sources) was an explicit feature request from the

Hey Federico,

you probably expected this since you've touched it, it broke.

https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=745097
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=745177

are the two instances that have shown up so far.

It would be pretty important for us to be able to render svg icons
properly in 3.16 - can you have a look ?

edges in certain places. I'd like to land a small CSS patch to take
care of some of those. Bug 745095 [1] has the details, including
