[Repeater-Builder] transmission is intermittent and voice cuts out with my mc-micro repeater

Seem to have period where my transmission (voice) cuts out for a few seconds 
every so often, and the person at the other end can't hear me. On the receiving 
end,Does anyone have any idea?

[Repeater-Builder] asking a help about GP-340 charger

i have a gp340 rapid charger,the number of charger is  HTN9000B, is started 
charge with a steady red ,but Every few Minutes is flashed red (about 3 
second), Then retourn to a steady red, never reached  the flashed or steady 
green. i change these ICs: tl494, lm324 and 14051b, but no thing change,i  
suspect in this IC :

- 2J53W -- 
 - M - CTAA0015 

I can not find anything on this IC.  Does anyone have any idea?
