Custom MVP, but Publication Index PC08 doesn't show a full-duplex option.
The EU prefix may indicate a custom-made special unit, but that is a real

anyway i dont have any use for them ,i prefer using Phoenix for my Aprs and 
Packet needs.
Maybe someone will need them and they would have a 2 nd life.
