Re: [Repeater-Builder] Motorola MTR-2000 VHF

2004-04-24 Thread Virden Clark Beckman
Are you thinking of alignment, frequency adjustment or just plain
squelch?

Re: [Repeater-Builder] Motorola MTR-2000 VHF

2004-04-24 Thread Maire Company
have the factory books but there main thing is to send it in for
replacement. the books I have show very little of one board info. do have
a service monitor ever got a new duplexer and preamp from TX RX no
change and since the repeater use in service before I think there is some
adjustments to make but I am thinking they are software type.

What is the sensitivity in microvolts? If you do not have access to a
signal generator or service monitor you will not get far on your own,
having manuals is important for the radio service tech you consult with
 on-site to evaluate this problem.

well if know the freg is right just there is very little range on the
receive on the repeater. don't know is there is any alignment that can
be
done or if there is any squelch settings. I think they are all software
  done.

  thanks
