 Motorola Engineering wrote this three page 
 discussion of cable types, connector types, with 
 regard to combining, intermodulation, and other 
 RF performace factors. They concluded that 
 LMR-nnn and LMR- series cable is specifically 
 NOT recommended in radio site RF environments, 
 especially duplex environments. While iDEN is a 
 900mhz system the physics is the same at 28 mhz through 1296mhz.
