Looks like a low power UHF Canadian style MSR-2000 amplifier, 
aka an SP (special) production.  If it works, it's a great 
amplifier to drive larger pa's.

ps: per your other post... I believe the exciter should key even 
if the pa plug is off the amplifier.

Ok here in the photo section under Motorola Amplifiers are some pics 
of the amp that might help me id this unit although motorola says 
this amp is obsolete.
