You can tell WalMart security to go eff himself. Nobody owns a non-licensed
frequency, and all users must accept other users on those channels. Look at
Section 95.1309.

Subject: RE: [Repeater-Builder] A warning to Land Mobile Radio Dealers
A Example would be the 5 Lic Free Mur Freqs , I was
talking to My wife who was in Wall mart Shopping and Wal-Mart Security OFF
Duty PD Told Me to get Off His Freq
Well I was not going to argue the FCC Law , So I
called My wife on Her cell and said don’t use the Radio and it was
a certified 2 Watt Mur HT .
I “am sure all over the US some of these Freqs are
still being used By People that did require a FCC lic and spend a lot of Money
on Equipment.
What are
the MURS channels?
Channel (MHz) [95.632]
151.820
MHz
151.880 MHz
151.940 MHz
154.570 MHz
154.600 MHz
More info on Murs at
http://home.provide.net/~prsg/murs_faq.htm
And the fact that almost everyone is selling Bubble Pack FRS/GMRS 22 Freq
Radios and People unknowing interfering with Lic GMRS Repeaters that is bad too
