A year or so ago, I contacted SEA for the ESP1000 service manual, and was advised that it was available for purchase on CD-ROM for $50. I decided to forgo getting the manual because I didn't think it was economically possible to convert the ACSSB radios (there are two mobile radios inside the repeater enclosure) to FM.
