Dave,   try down loading a small program called Cute PDF writer...it's 
free
and will make PDF's for you. It is set up as a printer but saves them to a 
file on your computer.

I also have used the freeware Cute PDF Writer for a number of years. We used 
it in the 1000's at work. Have it on my home computer now that I am retired.

Do a Google search for DoPDF.  It's a freebie program that installs
as a printer in windows.

It required NO changes to any program - just select DoPDF as the
printer from the File / Print  menu in ANY program - Excel,
Word, Pagemaker, Photoshop, a browser, anything.
Just select DoPDF as the output device and it makes a PDF
instead of printing a page.

PDFCreator is another similar program that is available from
SourceForge.net and works the exact same way.
