Please go through the below requirement if you or your consultants are open for projects and interested in the below requirement ,Please respond back with latest resume along with details ASAP. *Title: *Cognos Developer *Location: *Southlake, TX *Duration: *6+ Months *Rate: $45/Hr* *Req Details:* *Required Skill set: * Looking for Cognos developers to assist with dynamic cube and/or report modifications as part of a program to assist in getting the system into production. The reports are currently developed in Cognos 11 using MDX Cognos 11 Dynamic Cubes. The reports have a series of issues that need to be resolved and once done will be moved into QA and production parallel where regression, quality assurance and performance testing will take place. 8+ years of professional experience and a Master of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a Master’s degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (11+ years in total) Hands on expert level experience with Cognos solutions using Framework Manager and Cognos Cube Designer and Report Studio. Experience with Cognos 11 or 10.2.2 and javascript is also desired. Architectural experience in establishing and implementing Cognos BI environments. Can outline best practices used in implementing multiple Cognos solutions. Data architecture and modeling experience implementing proper data structures for a reporting solution from an enterprise data warehouse a must using tools such as Cognos. Full comprehension of the MDX cube language and how it applies to Report implementation in Cognos including row-level security, slicers, calculations and hierarchies.
