   - Test strategist with experience in managing complex large programs
   from testing standpoint
   - Must have experience in working with multi-vendor political environment
   - Exposure to latest methodologies/technologies -Mobile, SOA, Agile,
   Dev/Ops
   - Seasoned testing professional with excellent communication skills,
   interpersonal skills
   - Experience in managing large On/Off teams
   - Need to be a thought leader in testing space with exposure to latest
   tools/technique from automation standpoint
