*Job Description*: Understands requirements from functional specifications
and able to implementthe solution based on technical specification. Good
knowledge about qualityprocess and have used in projects. Must have
knowledge of basic ABAPprogramming language and able to do developments in
basic ABAP areas likeReports, BDCs, SAP-Scripts/ smart forms , module pool
programming and is awareabout the enhancement techniques to be used in
ABAP. Should have atleast 0 - 2year of SAP -ABAP experience and 1
implementation of SAP Project(Laterals) orhas exposure to atlest one
support project(Laterals) experience in SAP



*Additional Skills:* Understands requirements from functional
specifications clearly and is able tomap the requirements to prepare
Technical specification . Implements thesolution based on technical
specification and and resolves issues independantlyin the areas of own
skills. Good knowledge about quality process and also guidethe team- mates
in using the various quality tools. Able to mentor 2-3technical consultants
and support them in developing solutions. Alongwith BasicABAP capabilities
, candidate must have basic knowledge in one of the otherareas such as Data
migration techniques or conversant with basic knowledge ofALE/ IDOCs or Any
one of the Advanced ABAP areas which includes : 1. BAPIs andperformance
tuning , 2. Enhancement techniques 3. Workflow 4. Smart forms 5.ABAP
upgrade 6. Unicode conversion Should have experience in SAP ABAP and

knowledge about the Benefits Module, Payroll Related Infotypes,Payroll
status record, Payroll control record, Posting data to FI. ALE/IDOC,BADI's
related to Benefits/Time Manegement/Payroll. Knowledge about HR
Upgradeproject and Unicode Conversion.
