*Role:* *Business Analyst with Pharmacy or Healthcare exp.* Work Location: Cincinnati, OH Duration: 6+ months *In case of H1b consultant visa copy is a must.* *Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:* Total experience to be 8 years Interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs and ask the right questions to surface essential requirements information •Listening skills, to understand what people say and to detect what they might be hesitant to say •Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, assess risk, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements •Reasoning and decision-making skills, to determine and recommend solution alternatives that satisfy requirements while also meeting aggressive schedules and budgets •Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Visio) •Ability to function in a fast-paced environment •Previous “business intelligence” experience as well as Micro strategy experience as plus *Roles and responsibility:* Participate with IS, business and cross-competency teams completing tasks related to business solution planning, business case development as well as the documentation and management of customer requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
