This BSA must be VERY analytical and a huge problem solver. Must have STRONG experience with requirements gathering documentation, and analytical/problem solving background or they will not be considered. Must be on their toes when answering scenerio questions during interview. Must have experience working with eCommerce/Customer interface applications - no specific methodology is important to them.
