Coordinates with co-workers, clients, operations, technical support, and vendors. d.. Interfaces with clients to determine requirements, resolves problems, and performs unit testing. e.. Analyzes system and program requirements. Solves problems with systems and programs. f.. Performs training services. Prepares presentations. g.. Provides technical direction on projects and requires minimal supervision. h.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Superior problem solving skills. i.. Ability to resolve most of complex problems and errors that occur for processes and applications in a division. Excellent analytical skills. j.. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. k.. Must be a team player. l.. Ability to work independently and with little direct supervision. m.. Willing to share on-call responsibilities after office hours. Qualifications a.. Minimum of five years software development experience with Oracle and JAVA Oracle PL/SQL b.. Relational database and SQL c.. Object-oriented analysis, design, and implementation d.. Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JDBC Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: a.. Oracle database fundamentals, knowledge of oracle objects and oracle related tools like SQL*Loader. b.. Entity-Relationship diagrams and database design concepts. c.. Standard Open Source/Web Framework knowledge (Struts, JSF, JUnit, Log4J, etc.) d.. Familiarity with UML and software modeling practices e..
