Java - 5-7 years - Must have - *Must have excellent skills - Sun certification preferred* 2. Servlets and JSP/JSTL : 5-7 years -* Must have excellent skills - Sun certification preferred* 3. EJB 2.0 - Atleast 2 years 4. Spring framework : 2-3 years - Must have at least 1 year of experience 5. XSL/XPath/XSLT : Preferably 2-3 years, at least 1 year is a must 6. Javascript framework - preferably Mootools - Good to have 7. Cross browser HTML/CSS/javascript - at least 2 years 8. Domain:- banking (3-5 years at least) 9. Oracle - writing /modifying PL/SQL queries, Stored procedures - At least 2 years of experience 10. Hibernate/iBatis - 1-2 years - good to have 11. Experience with Subversion, Eclipse, Ant - preferably 2+ years 12.
